修正ニュートン力学

Modified Newtonian Dynamics (MOND) is a hypothesis that proposes a modification of Isaac Newton's law of universal gravitation to explain the observed properties of galaxies without the need for dark matter. First proposed by Mordehai Milgrom in 1983, it suggests that at very low accelerations, the gravitational force is stronger than predicted by Newtonian physics.
