最終更新: 2026年7月9日The WSE-3 is a massive AI-optimized processor built on TSMC's 5nm process. It measures 46,225mm2 and contains 900,000 AI cores and 44GB of on-chip SRAM. It is designed to train neural networks with up to 24 trillion parameters, offering 125 petaflops of peak AI performance while maintaining the same power envelope as its predecessor.
