A research team from Fudan University and other institutions has developed a flowable slurry technology that disperses nanoparticles in liquid and circulates them, rather than fixing electrodes in place, to prevent the dendrite formation responsible for the short lifespans of aqueous zinc batteries. This innovative design simultaneously achieves extremely high charge-discharge efficiency and extended battery life.
