最終更新: 2026年7月15日The R100 is an upcoming AI accelerator from NVIDIA based on the Rubin architecture. It is projected to be manufactured using TSMC's 3nm process (N3P) and will feature HBM4 memory. It is expected to enter mass production in late 2025.
