Samsung Science & Technology Foundation

Samsung Science & Technology Foundation is a non-profit organization established by Samsung Electronics to foster future technologies. It provides funding for high-risk, high-reward research projects in South Korea across three main areas: basic science, materials science, and information and communication technology (ICT). The foundation aims to secure national competitiveness by supporting creative and innovative academic research that may not have immediate commercial applications.
